The AHSF Treasury Operating Procedures were approved July 10, 2012. The procedures outline the duties of the Treasurer including spending, budgeting, and reporting; organization of the treasury; donor and donation management and responsibilities of the Foundation and the Treasurer; and management, distribution, and reporting of the Endowment Fund; and other financial matters.
